- PowerStip menu/ Options/ Hotkey manager
- Check Enable hotkeys
- Scroll thru the list of Functions and profiles
- Highlight Increase primary gamma and assign a hotkey to it.
- Highlight Decrease primary gamma and assign a hotkey to it.
- Highlight Reset primary gamma gamp and assign a hotkey to it.
Yes I totally agree that Matrox needs a gamma correction tool for DirectX/OGL and some utility that allows me to set refresh rate without going through the tedious/slow thingy that they have in Control Panel.
Matrox is the only company to include custom refresh and monitor settings to consumer level cards. Your TNT never has come with them unless you are using Diamond InControl, in which case, I am sorry for you.
For every other card besides Matrox, you have to resort to third party apps to do monitor settings.
It's really easy to use the monitor settings if you have done once or twice before, and it's even easier to load the profile to disk so the next time you uninstall your drivers and upgrade, you just have to point the drivers to the customization file.
