      NEW RAIL, ROCKET LAUNCHER, PLASMA GUN, and LIGHTNING GUN EFFECTS
      NEW CHEATING COUNTER MEASURES
      NEW PROTOCOL CHANGE


    I'm having a hard time finding an available server to download from at the moment.
