I don't know, whether this should be taken as a compliment or not, but everytime I look at your avatar it keeps reminding me of Geena Davis in the movie "The Long Kiss Goodnight".

They work under 6.01 for me

Just enable ECMAscript. And I believe they always get plyced at the end of the text, so don't put them in when you're finished typing, but do it "on the fly"
