I know this link contains a lot of nVidia propaganda, but never mind that. What I'm linking it in here for is that it's gonna be a free download (later a free CD if you live in the states, dunno about elsewhere), and I thought some of you hardcore fps gamers (Counter-Strike, etc.) might be interested. Hopefully Parhelia will run this game well too, since its baseline target was a GF2 class GPU.

It is the unreal engine. There is no UT engine, UT 2003 engine or Unreal 2 engine. They are all ever increasing versions of the Unreal engine. Exactly which build is unknown and can change. It could even be mixed. Most could be build F and the renderers could be build H.

I read about this in the July PCGamer...

It will be, along with Unreal Tournament 2003, the first game to deploy the advanced Unreal Warfare engine...

Screen shots look pretty cool. They are also release another game called "Soldiers". It will be a full-motion-video game concentrating on surviving boot camp. Also free (I am assuming).
