Yes, it's Shadow Warior, and it's avaiable @various abandonware sites nowadays... that game simply rocks, especially in multiplayer... with the nuke...

OMG Lo Wang rocked in Shadow Warrior! Hehe the Sticky bombs cracked me up haha especially after Lo wang would chuck one at an enemy and say: "oh look sticky bomb likes you!"Duke Nukem would of gotten his arse kicked by good ol Wang!
Who here remermbers the part in tha game when Lo wang finds the chick hiding behind the waterfall hehee.
