Really let down by Icewind Dale 2

Just started playing it nd its the same old tired infinity engine, boring dialogue and limited combat system. I really expected more. Any other people played it yet?

Actually I am quite enjoying it. Find it a very easy and amusing game, perfect for an hour or two casual relaxing gameplay. Im not always in mood for stuff like Morrowind

I still like those games, or at least I like th first Icewind Dale. Funny thing is Baulder's Gate (1) didn't seem to do anything for me.
Honestly I think I play them for the battle tactics. Crank up the difficulty and adjust the game settings so it's basically turn based.
I think the thing that's bothering me about Baulder's Gate is the AI is broken. If you approach a group of enemies, only the ones in visual range will attack you, so you can jus knock 'em off one at a time with arrows. What should happen is as soon as one sees you he should call to his buddies and all of them rush you at once.
At any rate, this makes the fights really boring.
Lately I've just been spending my play time modding Morrowind though. I'm working on an addictive drug mod.
