Il2 Sturmovik & JKII freeze incl. System

Since I installed SP1 for WinXP JKII and Il2 freeze after few minutes with looped sound. Il2 runs stabel in D3D, and much faster ( no slow down if i start the engiene @ 1280x960 with 16xFAA, runs realy smooth ), but forest look cruel and does flicker.

What can i do? Removing SP1 doesn't help.

512MB DDR-Ram PC333

Uh.. I have forgotten:
The Displacemant Demos doesn't run any longer! If i start it, i get a black screen and the System reboots.
