Hey Guys,
As many of you noticed the 1.02 drivers are out. Of course they're still beta for all the main features they offer. The main reason i want to talk to you about them is because of the game profiles. Now you can setup your own settings and no need to hack the registry anymore, i think Typedef Enum requested this feature Another thing to note that the dynamic lighting in Quake 2 engine games is no more, so you can frag away with Counter Strike. We're still fixing bugs as we speak and i appreciate game bugs be posted here since as you saw the final driver is planned for the end of month so the clock is ticking Not to mention hardware cursor is now available in Surround Gaming, so NWN should be ok with it. Last but not least, i need to know from the XP SP1 people if they're still having problems getting Battlefield 1942 to work with these drivers and the new apptimizer. I need to know since Battlefield 1942 will be posted on the Surround Gaming page if everyone is happy and got it up running,
Stay tuned for more features and other surprises...
Regards,
