Well, an attractive female gamer is fairly unique, 99% of gamers are male, and ugly, fat ones at that! Actually I used to work with a girly gamer, who was quite the looker as well, but she NEVER revealed her sex online, going by aka's like: "Manly stud muffin", or "big strong he-man"! If ever caught out, she would slip in some comment about "rolling down the stairs" implying a weight problem, to throw horny teenagers off the scent. I am surprised Liz is so open, I have seen another forum a few years ago that absolutely hounded a girl poster, because she procalaimed to be "15 and lonely" Liz must be made of tougher stuff!

I would like to play that as well, but I only have a Pentium 3@850mhz and the game runs like crap. Actually from everything I've read on the web, the game is WEIRD in that even if you have a perfectly great system (i.e. Geforce 4 Ti 4600 and a Pentium 4 @ 3ghz) it might very still run like crap, and yet on a slower system (500mhz Duron, Geforce3) it runs like a champ. Reading on the message boards at www.battlefield1942.com confuses the hell out of me.

Speaking of which, saw a guy at work today.... mostly bald with a pony tail (picture the comic book store owner from Simpsons without a beard, yes he was fat too) and he had a Everquest shirt on. That is a typical gamer (and as the Simpsons has proven, also a typical comic book store owner) Weird how cartoons can emulate life so well....

It is amazing that any females stay in the gaming industry. There were two good though not hot looking women hired once where I use to work. Just about every ****ole single guy and some married stared at ther asses as the walked down a hall one day. And then they complain that there are not enough women in the industry. I like to look at T&A as much as the next guy, but if the women had turned around they would have had one hell of a law suit that they could have filed. This was just pathetic!

Yeah, and it runs fine with other people who have Parhelias, or even people with G400's. It's just the game is buggy as all hell and from one system to the next it runs like crap. It doesn't even matter what chipset/graphics board you're running.

Though to be fair, I think most of my problems are CPU related. Since if I turn down the bots % then it runs a lot better. (remember, 850mhz pentium 3 only)

Besides, after my experience with the Radeon.... I don't think I'd ever get another ATI card, they're drivers blow. That and they don't support linux in the least, except for their FireGL cards. Maybe if they had support for the 9700pro cards in linux, then I'd consider it....

I read some time ago (in the Quake 2 days of online gaming) that quite a few male gamers were adopting female persona's online. The idea being that girlies tend to be given a break more than people with l337 h4x0r type names.
