low profile cards/gaming

Unfortunately, I have a slim client case, you know, one of those small thin towers that are more suitable for office use? Anyway, i could only find the g450 and g550 low profile cards. Are these decent cards at least for games or has gaming low surpassed what these cards can do and I shouldnt bother. Or does matrox have a better low profile card suitable for gaming?

Neither is a great gaming card, but they will play most games (though you will have to turn down visual details on most newer games).

I'd say a new case would be a better investment to get started...then you can get any card that suits you.
