    Personally, I don't like www.sc4ever.com I'd check out www.simcitycentral.net they have a much bigger user base and people seem to be more mature and more intelligent than the other sites.

      Well, for me it seems like SC4 was released very buggy.
      The first patch has been released yesterday, it is supposed to fix some skyscraper bugs and improves performance with ATI cards. Unfortunatly the last point is not true for me
      Specs:
      MSI 745 Ultra :: AMD Athlon XP 2000+ :: 1024 MB PC-266 DDR-RAM :: HIS Radeon 9700 (Catalyst 3.1) :: Creative Soundblaster Live! 1024 :: Pioneer DVD-106S :: Western Digital WD800BB :: IBM IC35L040AVVN07

        there is a big issue with sim city and ATI cards(esp 9700).
        Both ATI and the game writers know about it. It has something to do with the tiling/scrolling...Basicly the game does it in way that is totally unsupported by ATI cards so they are useing some pretty krufty workarounds to get it working.

          Yeah I noticed the same thing on my R9700 Pro that sometimes that you just see titling instead of the buildings and the textures take a second to come into view...hmmm any problems with the Parhelia?
          Why is it called tourist season, if we can't shoot at them?
