Settlers 3

I hate this kind of things!
I have bought an original copy of Settlers 3.


Install, start playing.
Everything works ok. After a bit of gaming I discover that I have tons of weapons, tons of settlers ready to became militars, two barracks...and that the carriers simply refuse (ignore) to move the weapons to the barracks. So, no militars.


Gone on the net, found that is a bug fixed with one of the patch. I download the latest and install it.



Game start and ask for serial. I insert serial and start gaming, then stop gaming and shut down the PC.

Re-start the PC and the game...


It ask me the cd.
Obviously the CD is inserted...

Sigh...


(few days before, I have bought Civilization CTP DVD Edition. Doesn't work...shit!)

Ok, problem solved: trashed the game.
The game copy protection is fault, game is heavily bugged and BlueByte official position is: you have the CHI virus. The only antivirus that can remove that, at the moment, is the one from www.avp.com
