gltron anyone ?

anyone successfully running gltron on a parhelia ?
for me it flickers when i change any options and crashes when any of the players crashes into another

it runs pretty fine over here, only after alt-tabbing to desktop and bringing back up to fullscreen, the game gives me a flickering screen, requiring a restart of GLTron.

What version do you run ?
I think, I run v0.62, but I'm not sure.

which drivers (PD-HF and .NET), OS and DirectX are your running ?

did you uninstall an older Parhelia driver before updating ?

yes, had some pretty heavy problems wiht the 1.03 drivers and dualhead independant mode
now im using unofficial 1.04 beta drivers, the problem is the same as with the 1.03 tho
win2k sp2, dx9, pd 1.4.0.62 and .net 1.0 with sp2

not to get anyone into trouble, but I'm really surprised that you have PD1.04 ...

besides that, could you post your 3D and desktop quality settings as well ?

something must be wrong on your system, because I don't see the problems you are having.

Maybe a long shot, but could it be a heat problem ?
Are you overclocking your system ?

not overclocking, all other games run stable, my system is running 24/7 without problems, only crashes witth gltron, i get the same flicker effect in vega strike as well, seems their using the same opengl libs
i got the 1.04 straight from haig, i just helped debugging a little problem some peole had, but like i said, the system existed with the earlier drivers as well.

all power desk quality settings are the default ones. i didnt change anything on them
guess i will start looking at other apps running in the background

Regaurdless, you know better than to ask for unreleased drivers around here. If they aint posted on M's site, you can't have them unless M gives them to you for a specific reason.
I have never allowed the distribution of non-public drivers here, and I'm not about to start now.

by any chance, to you probably have differing GigaColor settings for your desktop and 3D ?

If so, make sure that both are set on or equally, because for OpenGL, they'd have to match, otherwise you would get something like fractalized graphics.
