  • Multi Adapter question

Has anyone tried to get an AGP Parhelia + 1 or more PCI Parhelia to work together for 6++ display SG?

If so, let me know. It would be interesting to build this into our Trade Show Booth for showing off our Golf Course Tech Demo.

    Thx.

and I am happy to see so many other SG gamers out there.

Does your demo work with normal independant monitors? I doubt stretched mode would span the cards though you might be able to have a pair of stretched screens.

It will depend on how the app is coded, and what API it uses.
I don't think there's any chance of it working if it's OGL, but if it DX, it could work. For example, MS flight sim games can work on multiple display cards.
      Core2 Duo E7500 2.93, Asus P5Q Pro Turbo, 4gig 1066 DDR2, 1gig Asus ENGTS250, SB X-Fi Gamer ,WD Caviar Black 1tb, Plextor PX-880SA, Dual Samsung 2494s

After we release a driver that will support both cards, it then just a matter of getting the game to spread across multiple adapters at 2 huge resolutions.

Thx Haig. Is there an ETA on the new driver, and perhaps a list of fixes too. I'll just go check the Matrox Website and stir up a little trouble in the Forums. Of course that's purely for your entertainment value Haig. *I'm always playing the *

              Hi Leon,

The ETA is the usuall "soon" and there's quite a # of fixes included.

Of course that's purely for your entertainment value Haig.
              Should be fun
