yup it works guys I got a copy of the demo this morning and got some screens today . same engine as ut 2k3 so the commands to get it into sg are no problems, same thing :P

borat yes it does run the same as the ut 2003. its the exact same thing only they added vehicles. and some new game features. but graphics wise its the same give or take few fps. mine was getting around 30-50 fps in surround mode. 2400x600 res. but again stupid weapon problems just like almost every other game that u put onto sg, u can bearly see the gun in sg mode, if u put the whole hud into the centre screen, u will see teh gun but it will be flat as papre which is quite ugly. gl with it though.SaTaN^666

I haven't had time to download it yet... but I was wondering for those playing in Surround ... does the ScaleHUDX=0.333333 work ?
This usually will scale the HUD and weapons down so they are correctly placed just on the centre screen... as for single-head games.
It is usually in the game ini file (like UT2003.ini) ... within the ... [WinDrv.WindowsClient] section.
Replace the ScaleHUDX=0.000000 line with ScaleHUDX=0.333333.

playing unreal surround again after a big break is making me consider getting another 2 LCD's now!! looks amazing,
that doesnt scale the HUD unfortunately paddy which is a pain, however in the User.cgf files there are HudScale, HudcanvasScale, CrosshairScale, they seem to make the hud larger or smaller, i set it to 3 and it was 3 times its usual size, but still on the centre screen. Can the hud be unlocked so that it spans all the screens? if it could then maybe setting the to 0.3333 would make it appear only on the centre screen - i have a feeling though that instead of only being 3 1/3 the width it will also be 1/3 the height of a normal hud, which is basically a reversal of the problem that we have at the moment as it will be squashed vertically. just a thought.is a flower best picked in it's prime or greater withered away by time?

If so try it at.... bSmallWeapons=True

scalehud works in ut2004 just fine.
Dunno about the weapon thing. I have always turned the weapon view off in FPS games.Core2 Duo E7500 2.93, Asus P5Q Pro Turbo, 4gig 1066 DDR2, 1gig Asus ENGTS250, SB X-Fi Gamer ,WD Caviar Black 1tb, Plextor PX-880SA, Dual Samsung 2494s

yeah ignore that last post, i was talkin about the weapon but saying hud because i thought the weapon size was liked to hud size, which is complete BS.is a flower best picked in it's prime or greater withered away by time?
