The reason it was mentioned that it would be better if you got an 8x Parhelia is that it has many hardware bug fixes over the 4x Parhelias. Most notably, FAA is better, and the banding problem is fixed on the 8x cards...

Damn sorry i didnt check, i had alot of issues setting up the array meaning for 1 i need new IDE cables, well its working, i've had enough of doing work on comp so i'm going to leave it until tommorow as i'm free then anyway
