RUS007 put me on to this one ... it's really cool.... thank you !
I then asked Racer_S at ToCAEDIT.com to create a FOV Hack for us ... he did ...

Select a Surround resolution from the game config box at the start ...
I have it running at 3840x1024 ... no problem.
Download the FOV hack by Racer_S at ToCAEDIT...
I have it set ...
Field of View(FOV): 0.96
Width Field of View (FOV): 0.4
Leave it running and start the game ...
Once your in the game press the * key to enable the FOV Hack.
Enjoy ...
