Why can't I choose 3840 x 1024 in FS 2004 ?

Hi

After a year of playing FS2004 in Surround mode on my 3 old 14" CRT monitors via my Parhelia 512 128 MB 8xAGP - I have just treated myself to 3 brand new 19" TFT screens.

Everything is great - but I can't seem to find the right resolution when the game starts...

My desktop works great in 3840 x 1024 in 32 bit - but now I can't find a Surround resolution in the game at all...

The game is "Surround" apptimized - but the highest resoultion now is only 1280 x 1024 - why is this ?

I hope someone can help me.

I'm surprised that no one's answered yet.

I seem to recall that triple head gaming doesn't work if you use multiple DVI monitors. I think only the centre monitor can be DVI. You might need to hook the others up in analog mode to play triple head. Try setting them all to analog too.

Can anyone confirm this?

Well, the problem is that the monitors are actually not DVI - so they are connected just like the old ones I had...
