Unfortunatly, Parhelia is a forgotten card to game makers.
It's not on the list of supported cards for that game.
They state DX9.0c compatible drivers are required on their site, but will not promise it will work if your card is not on the compatablity list.
Do you have the latest P drivers and DX 9.0c installed?

Matrox Parhelia is not fully DX9 compatible. For example, Parhelia doesn't support Pixel Shader 2.0 feature, witch is used by many games nowadays.

Well, odds are yer just outta luck tryin to run the game witha Parhelia.
I just built my kids a rig, and tried to use my old P in it, but neither of the 2 games I got em for xmas (UT3 and SimCity civilizations) would work.
Parhelia is just not a viable card for games any more.
