no D3D with ms-fs98 in window /w 5.13

I had no problem with previous drivers with my G200 and Ms-Fs98 in windowed mode. Acceelerated like should have. After major update with PD5.13 this feature dissapeared. Other games like Ms-Cfs still uses D3D in windowed mode. Solution ?
