I noticed if I do a standard timerefresh
at the very beggining of mission one
it comes out to 31FPS average.

In 98SE I get 60 FPS.

The question is, is it because Matrox
doesn't know NT well enough to make
a good ICD or is it the OS ?

A 50% performance drop from 98 to NT4
pretty much sucks.

My system is a NT4, PIII-450, 256megs
of Ram, G200.
In Quake II 8 bit textures were turned off.

I hope I get better FPS under NT with the
G400 max.
