What driver/clocking/setting shell I use to get as high fps as possible with my G200?

I want to get a high fps in quake1, and I have one problem (I have a AMD K6-2 processor), it´s very slow in quake1. But which drivers/settings or how much shell I clock (and how do I do it?) to get a good fps.

I have this:
Microstar 5169 (newest bios)
AMD K6-2 333mhz @ 350mhz
64 MB PC-100
Millenium G200, 8 mb SGRAM
Quantum Fireball EX 6.4 gb
