No speed improvements

Hello,
I want to know, why I don't have any speed improvements in Q2 with new PD 5.13.
With ICD beta 2 I have 31,5 fps, with PD5.13 29 fps, all with 800x600 16bit.
My system is celeron 300A, 128MB, BH6, G200 MB SD

This is a pot shot, but do you have v-sync on?
Also, are higher resolutions faster?

It's not faster with higher resolutions and I think that vsync is off in OGL
