Maybe slartibartfarst has been too near the infinite improbability drive, or maybe he's been spending too much time designing fjords
but he forgot to mention that DK2 works just fine in 16bit mode but if you try to enable the 32bit features it tends to forget to display the menu's properly.
Seriously though - it works great, but don't expect to get 32bit blends (which you'll realise you need when you see the dithered 16bit 'smoke') until it's patched correctly.

Oops yes, I did forget to mention this, although it is also broken on TNT/TNT2, ATI, and S3. So there's precious little point mentioning it, really.
