I was wondering. I have downloaded and installed the latest bios for my M/B
latest dirvers for my Mill g200/16mb
latest bios for said video card
is there anything else I would need to be fully upgraded? Is there anything I have missed?

yep ... get the uninstaller !!!

(to get rid of all traces of previous matrox drivers)
