Thanks for the advice on overclocking my system. Just one question, why do I want to disable the UDMA on my Asus P2B-D before overclocking anything?

Hi,
if you are seriously overclocking, you need to slow down the HD speed a little to prevent read/write errors or even worse to prevent the HD from crashing.
Heard that the IBM desktop IDE HD`s with 5400rpm don`t like overclocking much. The 7200rpm should be o.k. (ONLY IBM!, can`t say for other brands).
Greetings
