Problems with 5.21 drivers

I'm getting some corruption in Win98 with these new drivers at 1024x768. Also the explosions and muzzle flares in Q3 now show large semi-transparant polygons, it's like all the explosion models are visible.
I don't notice any speed increase with these drivers either...

Anyone else having these problems?
