I've been chugging along with a lone P2-350 for quite some time now, running 24/7. Still hanging on to the top 60 with a death grip though :-). I will be getting my new P3-650 ThinkPad on monday (starting a new job, getting new toys), so I'll be cranking out about double the WUs starting next week. I won't be able to run the laptop 24/7 obviously, because it'll be off during my commute, etc.

There's a chance I'll get to pop the client onto as many as 5 Compaq Proliant ML530s each with dual P3-800s in them (that'd be an extra 8GHz, sweeet). There is a Netware version right? I may not get that permission though. We'll see.

Hi ScooterX, do you see me just below you in the rankings? I've got almost all my machines up and running trying to keep up with you - and I've just saw what you are running! Do you see what I am running? I don't know how I'm still keeping up !

        (btw, I am 'pace3000')

Hi Pace, I see that you are closing in on me I hope once the summer is over that I can start moving up the ladder a little faster. btw, does anyone know how to get Seti CLI to shutdown automatically when windows98 shuts down? I could run Seti on a couple more computers if it wasn't such a pain.

Doesn't the seti-client automatically stop then you shuts down win98???
            It does in win2k, and I haven't got win98 so I can't test it.

As far as I know there is no way to get the Seti CLI to shutdown automatically when windows98 shuts down! But you could allways change to NT or w2k!

Back from my hols in sunny skegness.
Can't believe that my machines at work are still running after a week (no one has turned them off).
There should be at this time (all 24*7),
                23 p3-450
                2 p2-400
                6 Athlon 650
                1 p3-733
                1 k6-450
1 Cyrix p300 (I'm not bothered about my average only total units)

Next week I'll try to get another 30 p3-333 machines on-line (as a test of their reliability) as they have just been upgraded to win 98.

In september all the machines will be returned to their rightful owners and I won't be able to crunch on them.

                    Breezer,

That is great! Too bad you won't be able to keep the machines doing seti...

You should pass me today or tomorrow.

                              Well,

                              P3-750@825, 256MB PC133 running CLI
                              P166MMX, 32MB PC66 running CLI for old-timers
                              P133, 16MB EDO running CLI for old-timers

Unfair, I wish I had more machines. Actually there are two more machines in the house (P3-550, Celeron 466), but they are not mine, and I doubt the stubborn owners would let me use them. Also, I'm too young to work, so I don't have any "machines at work" to use.
