It was not be meant as a rant. IMO You can't rant somebody for something he's doing as a volunteer(hope this is written right). But it would just be nice to know why this script's have a hickup.

And Maggi, can it be that you always misunderstand me ?

This is close to being a FAQ, so here goes:

Q1: I'm getting an empty table on one or more of the stats-pages. How come?
A1: Most probably, that's due to a full disk. Seti.matroxusers.com is hosted by Gagames, and its disk is shared by numerous sites. If any of these sites fills up the disk, I'm screwed: I can't upload my data, and the statspage will be empty. Since the MURC-page is updated every hour, that one will probably suffer first. There's not a thing I can do about this.

Q2: I'm getting an Internal Server Error on *one* of the pages. Wazzup?
A2: Probably one of my scripts fouled up. You may want to send me a message, especially if the problem persists for more than an hour (ees@casema.net or in the SETI@Murc forum). Please indicate the time at which the problem occured so I can try to track things down.

Q3: I'm getting an Internal Server Error on *all* of the pages. Why?
A3: Good question. As far as I've seen, this indicates a problem at the remote (gagames) end. There's probably not much I can do, but you might want to drop me a note just so that I can explore this further.

Q4: I'd like to moan and whine about the poor track-record of seti.matroxusers.com. Who do I turn to?
A4.1: See Maggi's first reply above.
A4.2: If you're a half-decent Perl coder and want to help out: drop me a note; I'm sure there are things that you can help improve.
A4.3: You get what you payed for, and there's always the option of paying me my freelance fees. Since I charge in Euro's (still at an all-time low I think) this should be a bargain
