I don't see a native qnx client but I was wondering if the linux binary wolud work if I installed gcc on it. QNX roxx and the G200 and G400 are supported as is the emu10k1

I doubt very much it will work. Installing gcc won't make any difference, its just the compiler and has nothing to do with the running code.
If you want to give it a try, make sure you use the statically linked version. That way, if by chance it can understand the format of the binary, it won't be screwed when it goes looking for libraries.
Again though, I don't think it will work

pace, yes, unix based.... its very easy to install (kinda like beos installation) and very easy to run... there is a program that you use to install packages for qnx, u dont even hafta open your browser...
you can choose the size.... max is 2 gigs.... i think min is 128 or something... i cant remember
i dont know why seti@home didnt just make a "unix" based client instead of linux..... there are so many unix OS's out there
