Anyone know how to get rid of Seti Icon on Systray?

Anyone know of a way to get rid of the SETI or SETI Driver icon in win98? I have 5 machines here at my business I've been using but recently got in a heated battle with my brother (family owned business and He and I run it and also maintain our network) over running SETI on our comp's (he's one of those guy's who could care less about hardware etc... ). I would like to hide the icon so he's unaware that seti's running but unfortunately our beverage software won't allow us to run Win2k where I know how to hide it. Any help would be appreciated as I have lost 5 machines since last week.

BTW- I need to keep running setidriver as our ugate (no broadband here yet)is usually busy.
