SetiQueue 3.03 Beta1

At last a new version that uses the new server-name is out. This version is completely different from previous versions.

A couple of quick findings:
SetiQ is a graphics program, no problematic edit of text-files.
SetiQ is multi-user, working with more than one seti@home-account. All account/client-pair has it's own cached wu.
SetiQ doesn't work as service.

Now that my favorite cache program is updated, I am ready to take the CLI3.03 plunge... so is my workunit production.
