Just a note - Hoping to see some improvement in processing, for those who care...
Box 1 - Tyan S1854, PIII 1Ghz, 256MB PC133CAS3 - Running XP
Box 2 - IWill DVD266-R, Dual PIII 933, 512MB PC2100 CAS2.5 DDR - Running RedHat 7.1
EDIT: Upped FSB to 144 - Running fine so far @ 1008Mhz
Box 3 - ABIT KT7A-RAID, Thunderbird 1Ghz (266), 256MB PC150CAS2 HSDRAM - Running Me
Box 4 - ABIT BE6-II, PIII800@904, 256MB PC133CAS2 HSDRAM, Running 2K
Box 5 - Tyan S1854, PIII850, 128MB PC133SDRAM Running Me - Fiance uses it.
Ok that brings the total to just about 5.6 (EDIT: 5.8) - up from 5.5Ghz of processing power, with 1.384GB of RAM. The old PIII650@866 will be going to my brother's PC, in exchange for running Genome. The 450@600 in my brothers will go to my Parents PC with the Tyan board, will probably not be running Genome.
Oh and while I am rebuilding my Fiance's mother's Dell, I am "burning" it in with Genome... Got it for about another week.
Don't know if anyone really cares or not, but I thought an update was in order with all the recent changes.
When the CUV4X-D arrives back from repair/replacement, will be getting a 2nd 1Ghz PIII, to replace the Tyan board.
Am thinking of getting another 512MB of PC2100 from Crucial for about $130 +S/H.
Will have to start calling myself Team Guyver..
