  • Just a thought, question, query, poser...

Would there be some way of determining (voluntarily) which G@H members are sub-teams, and which are individuals...

Sub-teams are great (for the members), but discouraging for the individuals who try and compete on their own.

I don't want to come off as a whiner, and I plan to continue crunching for the "Team", but it would be nice to see, as Scott Adams put it "In-duh-vid-u-alls", being ear-marked somehow.

    Just a thought, and MTCW.

Yes we are a "team" (Me and JJc)and have been one from the begining!

Howewer at the moment I don't have a single computer crunching JJc has one (400MHz K6-2) and will add(?) a dual 500MHz katmai soon! The rest of the computers are at work(work computers, new computers etc.)

I'm an individual, although coming weekend with the network-weekend, I might be temporarily a team
Planning to install g@h on all of them, while they are standing here doing nothing (when we sleep).

Well, technically I could be considered a team. My friend runs it on his machine, but only because I force him to

As soon as you have a friend or relative that is runing the client in your name it should be considerd as a team!

Well, my friend also ran SETI for me. I had the account name changed to Team Snake. But the name can't be changed in Genome without creating a new account. I didn't anticipate my friend running Genome at the time I signed up. Oh well.

So far it's just me and a single computer. I have plans about adding two or three computers to the show. I have the CPU's and the motherboards, but I need the cases and a switch for sharing of the monitor, keyboard and mouse :-)
                        Peace, Buskov

I am an individual... although I am looking at getting a team going... all the computers that run the program at the moment have been built by me and are being used by various family members...

Ok.. so maybe a team.. but I have to visit family to upload results... ? does that make it just me or just me and them or just 'em with me helping or some kinda conglomeration of bodies with like gene structure but different physical attributes and personalities...

                          Ok.. I am just being a ( E=MC2 )
