  • Linux genome client crashes constantly

Even after upgrading to 0.99 I get this very annoying output:

    Initializing protein design algorithm
Designing protein sequence 27 of 30
jwe0019i-u The program was terminated abnormally with signal number SIGSEGV.

    root@ibab /usr/ghclient099_linux # ./ghclient.x -clear

I am loosing more than 50% of my production, today I found 3 out of 4 machines idle.

Have any of you found any cure to this?

I haven't used the linux client, but you might want to check the official Genome@Home group at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/genomeathome/messages and see if there is a solution.
