Yep RD, stats aren't updating as regularly as before. They must be looking at WU's much more closely like they said they would. I've had WU's not show-up (on Sunday) that I sent the last two Sundays. Actually, I dumped those yesterday at about 4:00 P.M. Eastern time. Didn't show up till now. I was sending (dial-up ) units from all my machines most of the day sunday and my last 4 machines are my big producers and didn't get but two machines sent until about 4:30. Then they didn't show up in time for the "Top Crunchers" list. It's happened the last couple of weeks. I can't seem to get HTTPort setup right for my cable modem I got a couple weeks ago. It (httport) works fine at my office over the the LAN (satelite) there. So I've been copying the folders to disk and sending them over a dial-up machine while I still have it. I've still got 3 machines I haven't uploaded for three weeks Gotta' get this httport figured out, 7 machines over a dial-up is murder

I was away in London for a couple weeks. My work machines were unable to send all their units. The ADSL at work is down now so no continuous sending of results. This should change so I should be back in the top ten next week.

Yep rocketmanx i've only got 7 machines (as well) running at the moment all using a dial up. I'm not going to start up any more machines as the uploads take forever.
Also some of my uploaded units take at least 2 days to show up on the genome stats. Gets me worried when my daily units show 0.

Nice to be the top of a list again though.

Yeah nice job breezer. Just don't get to comfortable up there
If Icould get my last 2 machines to upload then I've got about 100 genes to upload between the 2 Dial-up blows! Big time.
I'm beside myself now that I finally got a cable modem (after waiting for the local cable to update their lines for 3 years), now I connect at bout 900-1.2 on average

BTW- If you get to productive I'll be forced to reassemble my dual p2 450 xeon/ 1meg cache

                rocketmanx,
Well thats an idea! I could load genome onto one of my dual p3 1gb xeon machines, I wonder how fast that would go!

For one weekend only, this weekend, I will up my output to see how many units I can produce, should be fun.

Sounds like a challenge to me
I have dual p3 1 gig server and 10 other various machines I have ran before I can start running again for the weekend only though. Can't have my brother finding a DC program running or it will be a long fight about DC and viruses etc... (he's a little anal in a practical kind of way)

I've seen that you've picked up the pace, btw. Trying to get out of my way by 1 point a week?

Yeah, I noticed, could we get a moderator in here to bounce all those partycrashers ?

I might get a boost this weekend, I installed the client on my parent's pc a while back, wonder if they've used the pc ...
