SETI @ HOME calls it quits.

Looks like rumors were True guys.

As soon as the rest of the pending work units are done
Seti@ home will pull the plug because of the unlikely ness of
the project. The will continue their research when the better means of searching for extra terestrial life appears.

Damn you ,I still got caught out despite the date & also knowing that SETI is gonna get a new 100meg pipe soon!
