I think that their servers are only just back online so lots of buffered generations will be being uploaded at the moment - so the picture may well change for all of us over the next few hours...

I just finished tweaking and refining the server at work. THere are no unnecessary pieces of hardware, drivers, services, or other pieces of software. It dropped the memory footprint to ~128MB so I can now run the text client with extram ram on!
