I solved the problem by moving the current project from my slowest machine to the new one, deleted the project from that one and let it download a new project (which it will never finish on it's own, because it's going bye-bye on the 27th)
And another new member contibuting to CPDN for MURC: Marshmallowman! Welcome dude, thx 4 joining us (and with a PIII-1Ghz, I think you're a brave man)!
We're 22 members now, with just one not having contributed at all (yes Paddy, that _is_ YOU! Get that wiring job done, will ya?)
And two how might be drop-outs, but those I've PM'ed (I'm the CPDN_KGB now ), one for the second time. Open up yer PMs dudes! I know you're there, cause you've posten on the forum!

Originally posted by VJ Rats, I wanted to upload today, but it turns out my BOINC folder is 1.3 GB, zipped this gives 533 MB, which doesn't fit on my 512 MB USB stick...
Expect my upload for the past week on my other system later this week...
I know this won't last long, but boy, does this feel good!

You are talking about USB stick?
Well, I'll use my microdrive (1 GB). I wonder for how long I'll be able to use it... After that, I could still span across the microdrive and some 512 MB cards...
(lets just hope it doesn't grow larger than 2.5 GB zipped)

Yes, I could... But then I'd have to go back and forth between home and the office 2 times... ;-)
I'll just use a USB cardreader in combination with my microdrive.
However, as I won't be able to keep my computer running next week, I'll do the upload as late as possible (I'm thinking Friday).

Just want to say:
1. We rank #38 now
2. We reached 500k credits
I think GNEP will be in for a surprise when he gets back!

Just uploaded. Hmm, it only got me just over 2000 credits...
It could be because I turned boinc off a few hours sooner than normal (installing software => reboot, experimenting with other stuff => stop boinc for performance, ...): the s/TS is still about the same.
Ah well, I should be back in my usual routine after Jan 4.
As my next upload is some weeks away, I think I must bow to the master. Umfriend, you will pass GNEP before me...
(but I'll be back )

I'm driving to Belgium tomorrow, for a week holiday. What are opening times in shops there with the coming days in small places like Mlamedy? I mean like the groenteboer, slager, bakker en dergelijke.
