i've got an 8mb upgrade chip I bought online used like you are asking for.
it's supposed to be sgram, though.
the part # on the board is 'sg0564v rev.D'
it's got 4 'NEC d4811650gf-a10-9bt' chips (double sided) on it
$20 US and self addressed stamped env. will get you it
email direct if you want it.

It works fine, the g200 works fine w/8mb in wife's pc
