G400 DH how to overclock

I have a G400 DH 32mb (NOT the MAX)
without a ventilator.

I want to know how others overclocked this and their thoughts on it.

and how (ex 400/2.5/2/2.5 )

What type of fan is installed on the MAX'es.

Are they from plastic/metal.
How big ?
Do they blow towards the chip or away from the chip ?
How are they attached ?

Hope somebody can answer these questions.

i am getting one soon. there about regular strong 486 fams. they pull out the heat from the hs. i got 4 global fams cant wait to stick
