Overclocking Memory....

What does overclocking my memory for my card do? I have a Matrox G400 MAX and i have it at 165/207. What should my memory settings be?

Hello!
Well default G400 MAX memory settings is 200mhz, and 150mhz processor.

As they say, the more the better...
