As i already posted in another thread i used the FSB trick(Thanks Greebe for the tip ).
My MAX without any extra cooling can give me this:

    I'm using 3,1,3,8,3,1,Fast,1,1,1,0.6,0.6,2881
with 440PLL at 2.5/2/2.5 pushing the MAX at 176Mhz/220Mhz.
That's my Max limit WITHOUT any artifacts .

    Nice scores.
You must be no1 in G400 MAXs in Madonion...
    I still wait that watercooler.
I guess you'll not feel alone at the top for too long ( even with not a MAX G400! )
    Excellent tweaking Alex.

I think i'll go for the Blizzard peltier/watercooler combo for the cpu and a good fan/heatsink and ram heatsinks combo for the g400. If i am not satisfied from the fan maybe i'll switch to watercooling in the g400 as well. I am not sure what the gain from the air-cooling will be.

It would be nice, but i'm in my 2nd year of Phd in BIT in England and i'm not home until summer 2001

    Alessandro your system rocks!!!
By the way, my flatmate has the same Rico 7040. Can you tell me how you upgraded it to 7060? You just changed the bios of the cdr?I think that works for a Yamaha model as well...not sure though.I think that if i was to tell him how to upgrade to x6 recording speed that would be a good christmas gift

I guess its your 5ns SDRAM Aleksandre that allows you to run it so fast.I think i am at my limits with my current 6ns(i wished i had the g400 Max version but when i got mine, Max wasnt in stores yet). Maybe if i add all the cooling equipment i intend to, i will reach at 4k. Maybe its too much??? We will see
