PD5 drops 3D Mark99 Max results?

I installed PD5 and was anxious too see the positive effect to 3D performance. To my surprise, the result dropped 20%. Prior I had 2750 and now 2140. Any suggestions why or do you get similar drop? How to ensure the Vsync is off?
I use G200CLK & Powerdesk to enhance performance, they were removed during PD4.51 uninstall and PD5.13 install, then put active again.
Otherwise I have Cel464+Abit BX6-2+Mille G200 8MB SD PCI+64 MB PC-100+SB16.

Sorry, forgot to mention that I use 3DMark99 Max at 800X600X16 to measure 3D performance.

In Pd5.13 Vsync is not disabled when u use MOC or PSTRIP so 1 reason is here ...I noticed in Final Reality I get bether performance when I let Vsync on for exp. :
16mb AGP test Vsync ON =131
--------------------OFF= 83

why ? duno...

in 3DMark99 PRO i get under 640x480x16 TRIP.BUFF OVERAL = 3645
& 800x600x16 =3210
