kernel32.dll error

Hi guys, wonder if anyone can help me out...
I just installed PD5.13, and from time to time (randomly) I'll get an Explorer error...then when I click on "details" it shows me there is some page fault error involving kernel32.dll. Anyone have any ideas how to get rid of that? I tried formatting the hard drive and then install the driver with directX 6. The error message still comes on every now and then. The certified driver, version 4.33 I believe is better (less frequent), but it doesn't have the ICD component I want. Don't even mention v.4.51... it just crashes my machine everytime I load a game. Sucks.

System: PII 450, 64MB, 6.1GB, Abit BH6, Win98

Hi,

I had a friend who had the same problem, turns out that his memory was bad on the MB... Try turning the acceleration down to none for graphics and see if you still get it.
