dvd is Killin me g4oo

Iv uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times and i still cant open the player that came with my g400 .I get an error that says "cinmst32.dll cannot start check file" I checked and its there, but beyond that Im lost .any ideas ?? also Fog benchmark cant see my ogl and insists im runnin in software mode q2 also locks when I try ogl .
