NT4SP4/PD4.13 -- OpenGL ICD does not work

All OpenGL Apps die after PD4.13 installation. Screen savers, 3D MAX2, Glaze and etc does not work at all... Is this true final version of ICD, not a beta?

PD4.07/MCD was a bit slower than Win9x ICD but it works! PD4.13/ICD goes into entirely black screen or crashes.

Any suggestions?

Damn, I'm not alone in this issue!

I was thinking the problem was my system, config, etc...

Nobody know how to (at least) prevent my system to crash when I use any openGL apps?

Have you tried SP5? Also, you may want to try running with 24-bit color or wait for the 4.20 drivers, which should be out soon.
