OpenGL driver in PD 5.21 is not being used

After installing Powerdesk 5.21 I have been unable to access the OpenGL driver. All software tested defaults to the software driver supplied by Micro$oft. Please help!

Seems for me it didn't work with 32bit but works well with 16bit
only tested these two and only with screensaver

Can't get system gl to work in q2 at all
any ideas ?
