Looks like Not only MVP3 user got this problem, one of my friends got the same problem I got after he install 5.30 drivers.
But MVP3 mobo user Might got this problem more often.
If U want me to disable Bus Mastering to get it work, I rather go back to 5.21 and Put everything to run at full speed.
