PD 4.51 + Dx7

Hello,

I had PD 5.30 with Dx7 in my PC. But after I uninstalled using PD-uninstall and reinstalled PD 4.51, Matrox diagnosis always complain that no Dx is installed. Any idea if PD 4.51 doesn't regconise Dx7?

Also, the Matrox Setting's change resolution no longer works. Any idea how I could rectify this problem?

Hi,

As for the DX issue, run the matrox diagnostics and ask it not to verify which version of DX is installed on boot up. Uncheck the directx box.
Not sure what you mean by the change resolution no longer working, keep in mind that you have a separate settings option installed with the powerdesk...

Thanks for the reply.

Regarding the "change resolution", I mean I could still change resolution through Window's Display Properties, but not through Matrox's Display Properties.

I used to be able to do so in both.
